CFRE Credits Available. A Membership Manager must combine the elements of impeccable customer service; inspiring communication through e-mail, direct mail and telemarketing; and perfect timing of upgrade, renewal & retention campaigns in order to obtain magical results! Participants will be given an overview of one multi-faceted membership program. They will learn how to set up the framework of a retention & renewal program and how e-mail communication, telemarketing and direct mail campaigns can be intricately interwoven to produce the best results.
