Museums and gardens need to examine not only what they have to offer the visitor, but understand how and why those experiences are impactful. What are ways you currently define impact? Uncertain how to demonstrate your program’s impact on your audience? Join us as we actively examine an iconic program to determine its authentic participant impact. Come to this workshop to see how others are tackling the challenge of demonstrating impact on established programs. See your program with new eyes. This session will provide an opportunity for participants to examine an impact case study, and to examine their own program using evaluation and program frameworks with coaching. It will also serve as a chance to network with other organizations considering similar projects and will encourage a continued dialogue beyond the conference.
