This all day workshop mirrors the training given to staff and students at Longwood Gardens. Sharing the Longwood Philosophy of Guest Experience, role play and dynamic exercises are used to practice the four steps of service with an explanation of benefits to Public Gardens. The program has three tenets: 1. The Art of Engaging the Guest; 2. Anticipating Guest Needs; and 3. Resolution is the Solution. This training is set up to help develop a culture of Guest Experience excellence regardless of current resources and systems in place.
